How can a town function without a tennis court?

Katrina's Reply: I hear ya! I love to play but there's no place nearby Colonial Beach to enjoy this sport. There are a set of tennis courts depicted in the site plan for the Monroe Point Townhomes. They are shown tucked in behind the retail shops.


The Potomac Crossing subdivision site plan also depicted some tennis courts as amenities.

it would be great to have tennis courts in Colonial Beach. Is there a market for indoor courts?
