Municipal Pier Docking

Just curious as to the draft coming into the Municipal Pier, I know they have the lowered section of the dock for boats but was unsure of the depth around there. I have a sailboat that draws 5 feet and was wondering if there's any way to dock on the Potomac side. Thanks
